When you sign up for PixelFlow, we collect:

  • Your email address (mandatory)
  • Optional details (e.g., name, business info)

We use this to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide access to your tracking dashboard
  • Send platform-related notices
  • Deliver customer support

We retain this data for the lifetime of your account. If inactive, we may delete or anonymize data after 12 months.

1.2 Platform Usage Data

When you use PixelFlow, we generate and process:

1.3 Payment Information

All payments are handled via Stripe. We never store your card details.

If you contact us via email or Discord, we'll store the content of that communication to resolve your issue and improve our service.

Our site may collect:

1.6 Demo/Trial Accounts

During your 7-day trial, we store the same data as a regular account for service access and onboarding support.

2. Sharing and Third-Party Access

We only share your data with trusted providers for essential functionality. These include:

  • Stripe (billing)
  • AWS (hosting infrastructure)
  • Analytics platforms (usage statistics)

All vendors operate under strict data processing agreements and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers outside the EU.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

2.1 Analytics Services

We may use anonymized analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and improve the platform. These may log location (IP-based), page interactions, and session durations.

Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with GDPR.

If data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) are in place.


5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our Website. Continued use of PixelFlow after changes indicates acceptance.
